This is a business development and networking event exclusively for members of the HBA.  It is designed to allow Associates to introduce themselves and their services or products to Builders.  The Builders will be at their assigned tables while the Associates visit the Builders and rotate among the tables.

 

Builder Benefits: This is a great opportunity for Builders to save time by having key staff members meet with several Associates at one time and place.  You will build relationships, be exposed to new, innovative ideas, and discuss business opportunities in an exciting, energized, high-productivity setting.  Your purchasing managers will have the benefit of receiving all this information and synergy in a single two-hour afternoon.

 

Associate Benefits: This is a great opportunity for the HBACC Associates to meet with fellow Builder Members at one time and place.  You will have their exclusive attention to share any new and upcoming products or services, build new relationships or strengthen existing ones, and discuss business opportunities.  This will be accomplished all in one setting, at one venue- Valuable face time not found anywhere else.

 

Level One Members receive special recognition: In recognition of the commitment and support of our valued Level One members, they will be given exclusive entry for the first 60 minutes of the event and special admission pricing.

 

A “Project Book” will be prepared beforehand to be distributed to Associate attendees containing project details and materials needs as well as key-person contact information at the respective Builder.  This valuable asset will save time and make for a more efficient process for both the Builder and the Associate.

 

Costs:

  • $250 for a Sponsorship by Associates would include early exclusive access (3:00 pm) and up to 4 individual admissions.
  • Level One Associates are entitled to early entry (3:00 pm), no entry fee for the first individual, and $25 per additional individual
  • Level Two Associates- $100 for the first member and $25 for each additional individual (three people from one company would cost $150, 4 people $175, etc)
  • Builders- No cost for Builders, Sponsorships welcome.
